    14. Darby Clyde Fenster and Jerry Martin are a pair of          
    15. penniless nincompoop-drifters who hop a freight and        
    16. theyre on their way to Florida. Here is where our          
    17. intrepid heroes find themselves facing one comic            
    18. situation after another in this gloriously loopy Southern  
    19. fried comedy-with-music. Their troubles only begin when    
    20. they pass by a chicken farm and are overtaken by their      
    21. pangs of hunger. The sneak into the hen house and          
    22. haplessly attempt to nab some birds. This does not endear  
    23. them to the farms owners and what comes next is            
    24. positively too goofy to describe! The film is crammed      
    25. with a pleasing blend of down-home humor and                
    26. finger-popping country music. Sonny Tufts, whose            
    27. reputation was ruined because of his fondness for the      
    28. bottle, parodies himself in his role as the                
    29. moonshine-swigging Cousin Urie (and mercifully ends his    
    30. Hollywood career with this film). Boxing champ/movie        
    31. comic Slapsie Maxie Rosenbloom appears as an                
    32. ex-prizefighter-turned-mailman who is aptly described as    
    33. "the prize dingaling of all time."
