- Updated the button set for Fanatec CSL Elite (PS5).
- The supported number of buttons is increased to 128.
- The throttle and brake can now be bound to buttons.

- Removed the “absolute keyboard controls†setting.
- When assigning buttons, the current key is now only assigned to actions with the correct input type.
- Visuals
- Screen Space Reflections for Mirrors now turn on at Medium settings (Translucency will only be on with the High Mirror Quality setting).
- The dirt texture on NPVs is replaced with a smoother smudge, making it look more natural.
- Some loading screen screenshots have been updated for better quality or to showcase new game content.
- The screenshot shown before a celebration drive is now also added as a potential loading screen image when a district is upgraded.
- Asphalt roads now feature cracks and tar spots.
- Audio
- The tire-on-the-ground volume has been slightly increased.
- End of Drive music is lowered, and it now also plays in streamer mode.
- UI
- Instead of the Districts' upgrade levels, UI badges for upgraded districts now feature laurels.
- There is now a UI hint when muting and switching radio stations.
- Line Editor now re-selects the last selected line.

- The colliders of all the buses were adjusted to improve driving quality (to prevent crashing into the ground).
- Improvements to buses' overhanging ability.
- Driver seat positions are now saved.
- Improved left/right looking feature for third-person camera
- Improved suspension calculation, making curbs handle better.
- Bug Fixes:
- UI
- Bridge Blockers should now always show the unlocking conditions on the Drive map.
- Visuals
- Positioning of bus markers on the map is fixed (both for MP and SP).
- Passengers should now stay within the bus stop area and not slide on the road/to the side.
- Sanitized passenger spawn points on all bus stops.
- Passengers only board and alight at open doors.
- Adjusted the Office lighting at night to avoid being too dark.
- Fixed Office lighting flickering in certain circumstances.
- Fixed the garage light flickering on medium GI settings.
- Parked buses and cars have more realistic levels of dirt.
- Steering Wheels
- Fixed the incorrect axis configurations for the T300 on PlayStation.
- Fixed the indicator bindings on T300 and T150 PlayStation presets.
- Force feedback not working when multiple steering wheels are plugged in is now fixed.
- When plugging in a wheel while already in a drive, we now correctly apply preset settings.
- No longer potentially softlock on UI action rebind.
- Audio
- Clio’s VO lines are fixed, so she is now giving the proper introduction to the environment (Garage, Stats, etc.).
- Radio functionality is now fixed (an issue where it sometimes stopped playing has been resolved).
- Radio stations can now be switched correctly if correspondent buttons are assigned in Settings.
- Roads
- The path from Ashtree towards Wright’s Crossing and Windfall Oaks on the Nexus Bridge was tweaked to avoid colliding with the road, as it did with certain bus models.
- The road along the bus depot and the bus depot itself received a cleanup pass and are now more drivable and visually consistent.
- Fixed various sidewalk curbstones not having collision and wrong collision offsets with the road of sidewalk curbstones.
- Gameplay
- End of Celebration drive screen no longer has the ‘flip direction’ button.
- Celebration drives are now heading in the same direction for all players.
- When using the “Respawn Bus Onto Road†function, the player’s vehicle will no longer get stuck in environment objects.
- Speed limit UI now updates during Free Roam.
- Fixed various rewards wrongfully causing the time limit between stops to increase.
- Stability
- Crash on the initial splash screen (related to Benchmark and PSO Compilation were running at the same time) is fixed.
- Localization
- Some bus stop translations were fixed to maintain consistency in naming.
- Settings
- The "User Interface Scale" setting is now saved and stored correctly after restarting the game.
- Chromatic Aberration settings are now working correctly.

- The HORI Truck system shifter should now work in the steering wheel preset.
- The Logitech Xbox G920 preset has been fixed and now applies correctly.
- Some force feedback behavior has been tweaked, and the Logitech G920 PC preset was improved.
- Overshoot prevention on the MOZA R5 and Logitech G920 has been improved.
- MOZA PC preset force feedback settings are toned down.
- Gameplay:
- Player Avatar at ‘PlayerProfile’ creation is now randomized.
- Speed limits are now more consistent throughout the driving across the bridges and junctions.
- Floor collisions with buses have been moved slightly higher to prevent crashing with the ground.
- Force feedback on the stone plates is reduced.
- Looking left and right now works correctly when the player triggers it frequently.
- Buses:
- The glass on the Horizon Hydrogen 40ft Gen2 has been adjusted to fix the flickering artifacts.
- Slight increase for Dashboard LOD distances now prevents popping on the dashboard while in first-person view.
- The Horizon 60ft meshes are adjusted to improve mirror visibility.
- Bottom colliders for the Horizon 40ft H2Gen2 and Sightseer were adjusted for a smoother driving experience across the city.
- One standpoint for passenger blocking visibility in the Vicinity Classic 35ft CNG has been removed.
- The Horizon CNG mesh clipping at the rear part of the bus is now fixed.
- The middle part of the Horizon 60ft can’t get decals anymore, so it always follows the initial design.
- The Battery and Recoup needles in the ABP and BP on the Horizon 40ft H2Gen2 dashboard are fixed.
- The incorrect speed animation for Horizon Sightseer is fixed.
- The incorrect bendy middle section of NFI 60ft Hydrogen has been fixed: it is no longer too short compared to the real-life bus.
- The incorrect LOD Threshold for the speed needle of New Flyer Electrics is fixed.
- The audio mix for the retarder on Bluebird Sigma is improved.
- Colliders of Horizon Sightseer and Velocity Raptor (NPV car) were adjusted to give players a smoother driving experience while maneuvering through the city.
- New functions were added to load and store driver seat positions in the bus.
- Traffic and Events:
- The parked sightseer traffic event now has a collision with the bus.
- The parade event in the Education District is fixed: the car and trailer are no longer sinking into the ground.
- AI vehicles now evade obstacles and events more naturally, rather than suddenly despawning and creating traffic jams.
- AI vehicles' brake lights lighting up all the time is now fixed.
- Visuals:
- Nighttime map exposure was adjusted. This fixes the total darkness on a drive map during night shifts.
- The reflectivity of the interior bus glass has been reduced as it was causing too strong reflections at night.
- Afternoon lighting conditions in the office are updated to look more natural.
- TSR Anti-Flickering settings were enabled on consoles to reduce flickering.
- Some static characters, including the Mascot on the bus stop, were moved out of the ground in the Ashtree district.
- Added character randomizer - The character will be generated for your Player Profile and be consistent over all save games and multiplayer sessions you join. The default avatar will now be randomized once for existing profiles.
- You can get a new character by deleting your player profile.
- Roads:
- Additional work on collision in the High Rise upgraded district has been done to make the driving smoother and more natural.
- Settings:
- 'Reset to default' button has been added (PC only).
- You can now properly apply ‘All Steering Wheel preset settings' on ‘Settings reset’.
- The ‘Graphics Quality Settings' section on consoles is now disabled.
- PC-specific options have been excluded from ‘Reset’ on consoles.
- An option to fully disable the crosshair has been added.
- Stability Fixes:
- A rare crash that could happen when a bus teleports is fixed.
- Integrated FSR hotfix.
- Modkit:
- DDC file creation is added to shorten load-up times.

- The build documentation has been moved and no longer ships with the Obsidian project.
- UV reference textures for skin creation are added.

- The translation error in the 'Hall of Fame' stop name is now fixed.
- Workarounds:
- MFG not working: Use "DLSS override - Frame Generation Mode" in the NVIDIA app on 50xx GPUs to fix.
- If DLSS FG is not available for 40xx GPUs, check if "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" in the Windows System → Display → Graphics settings is enabled.
