- New Magical Objects and Reworks
- New Magical Objects:
- Moonstone (Common): DMG+2 for every other Magical Object or Talent referring to DEFENSE
- Cryptic Prophecy (Rare): +1 Star(s) of Fate. DMG +6 for each complete collection of Common or Rare Magical Objects
- Joker Card (Epic): Grants the effects of other card types owned
- Sun Crown (Legendary): Improves the rarity of all Talents already learned and all future Talents once selected
- Devil’s Pocket (Cursed): 50% of collected dream fragments are absorbed by the Devil’s Pocket until it is full (400 required). Once full, increases crit chance by 50%
- 🦠Reworked Magical Objects
- Goldilocks Porridge: The base effect and collection effect have been reworked
- New effect: Health orb grants 5 SHIELD when picked up
- New collection effect: DMG +30 while a SHIELD is active
- Leprechaun’s Coin: Removed the +1 Star of Fate but increased the Dream Shards gain at +25 (from 15)
- Voodoo Doll: The collection effect has been reworked
- New collection effect: 30% damage dealt ignores enemies’ armor
- Dreamcatcher: Now all prices are reduced by 10% (previously only the Sandman)
- Queen of Hearts: The base effect has been reworked
- New effect: Passively heals 1% Max Health every 5 seconds (previously only out of combat)
- Unicorn Horn:
- Reduced the cooldown to max every 45 seconds (from 60 seconds)
- Reduced the critical threshold to 40% (from 30%), making the Uncorn Horn proc earlier
- Unicorn Horn now proc on self-hit damage (Carmilla, Sacrificial Idols, Mad Hat…)
- Dragon Hide: The base effect has been reworked
- New effect: +1/+2/+3/+4 ARMOR for each Common, Rare, Epic or Legendary Talent
- Fairy Dust: Reduced to 10 SHIELD gained (from 12), but SHIELD now scales with the player’s levels, increasing over time
- Raven Eye: The collection effect has been reworked
- New collection effect: ULTIMATE deals +40% damage
- Father Time Hourglass: The base effect has been reworked
- New effect: Reduces POWER, SPECIAL, and DEFENSE cooldowns by 20%
- Water of Life: The base effect has been reworked
- New effect: VITALITY +25. Prevents lethal damage and restores all health instead (once per chapter)
- Mad Hat: The base effect has been reworked
- New effect: DMG +70. Every 60 seconds, inflicts damage equal to 50% of maximum health
- Baba Yaga’s Mortar: The base effect has been reworked
- New effect: All current and future Legendary Magical Objects are destroyed. DMG +50 for each object destroyed in this way
- Fast Walker Boots: Reduced the loss of Armor to -10 (from -15)
- General Adjustments
- 🦠Aggro and Leashing system: Now, enemies will be less inclined to follow you past walls and obstacles, and are more prone to leash due to their distance from their spawn
- 🦠Magical Objects: Philosopher’s Stone, Excalibur, Ogre Blood, Green Armor, Bloody Mary's Mirror, and Hungry Grass now display the amount of added VITALITY and DAMAGE
- 🦠Chests: Chests now have at least one guaranteed Rare/Epic Magical Object if they are Yellow/Red. Rerolling the chest does not guarantee a Rare/Epic item.
- 🦠New Tiles Difficulty: Reduced the difficulty of the Yellow and Red camps from the new tiles added in the Hourglass of Dreams update
- 🦠Brigid, the White Lady: Decreased the spawning delay of the Brigid, the White Lady’s minions
- 🦠Charges: Charges now come fully charged when picked up
- 🦠Mini-Map:
- Objects on the ground that were not picked up are now marked on the Mini-Map
- Chests in Mini-Bosses’ dens now have an icon on the Mini-Map
- 🦠Refugees: Prices from the Refugees are now impacted by Modifiers (Inflation)
- Network: General improvement to limit/avoid disconnections

- 🦠In the Belly: The Ultimate ‘In the Belly’ now gives XP when Scarlet-Wolf eats an enemy
- The Pied Piper
- 🦠Unchained Melody: Reduced the timing where The Pied Piper is tied to the animation at the end of the Ultimate ‘Unchained Melody’
- Stimulant Vibes: Fixed an issue where the Talent ‘Stimulant Vibes’ could be stacked with multiple SPECIAL charges
- Giant Rats: Fixed an issue where the effect of the Talent ‘Giant Rats’ was not applied to Rat Kings
- 🦠Compendium: Night abilities from The Pied Piper can now be consulted in the Compendium

- Wisp Ballet: Fixed an issue where the Wisps from the ‘Wisp Ballet’ Ultimate could still explode even if the Ultimate was cancelled before 4 seconds

- 🦠Thundercloud: Fixed a crash that could occur when using the ‘Thundercloud’ Talent on enemies with the Strength status effect

- Fixed an issue where the Omnipotence status didn’t properly refresh abilities with charges

- 🦠Seductive Provocation: the Talent has been tweaked
- New effect: Using DASH without specifying a move direction makes Carmilla seduce up to 2 non-boss enemies in front of her, applying WEAKENED and VULNERABLE to them for 6 seconds
- Romeo & Juliet
- 🦠Wild Waltz: Romeo & Juliet are now intangible during their Ultimate ‘Wild Waltz’, instead of simply blocking the attacks
- 🦠Bullet Ballet: Fixed an issue where Juliet’s Talent ‘Bullet Ballet’ didn’t ricochet her bullets between enemies
