Fixed an issue that caused the game to hang if the Hero Overview Window is open while another hero is added or the state of a lodge changes and then a hero/apprentice receives damage during a battle.

Fixed adventure Royal Mage so Circle invitation comes only after visiting Seat of Kings.

Fixed issue where the "Surrounded on all sides" quest in Bastion would freeze.
