Default Config Performance optimized for Steam Deck

Text Legibility - some texts increased in size and the whole UI upscaled by 20% to provide better readability of texts

External Controller support so that the game does not have to be restarted after attaching other controller

Default Sound Device change to better suit the needs of the device

Some options excluded from Steam Deck like changing fullscreen/windowed mode to avoid problems with video

All changes affect only the game on Steam Deck.
