    4. We're excited to bring you another major update for Cheap Car Repair! We've prepared brand-new vehicle mechanics, fresh locations, a set of engaging side quests, and a whole bunch of improvements! Put on your work gloves and check out what's new in the game!

    6. Additionally, the first small expansion, "Cheap Car Repair: Supporter Pack", has just been added to the game - but more on that below!

    8. ⚙️ Player Vehicle
    9. New vehicle stats system: Introduced parameters that directly affect vehicle physics and handling:
    10. Top speed
    11. Acceleration
    12. Braking power
    13. Steering
    14. Ignition time
    15. Parts and fluids matter: All installed parts, as well as the amount and quality of fluids in your vehicle, now directly affect its performance.
    16. Wear and degradation:
    17. Car parts wear down as mileage increases.
    18. Fluids (fuel, oil, etc.) are gradually consumed while driving.
    19. Component dependencies: The condition of certain parts and fluids affects the wear and tear of other components. For example:
    20. A low-quality alternator causes the battery to degrade faster.
    21. Low-quality spark plugs increase fuel consumption.
    22. Too little or too much engine oil accelerates camshaft degradation.
    23. Vehicle stats overview (Logbook, accessible with [Tab]):
    24. Added a view of the vehicle's current stats to the logbook.
    25. You can now check how each part affects vehicle stats in the shop, below the part description.
    26. Added a new panel showing the complete list of part degradation dependencies.
    27. NEW HUD: A speedometer and fuel gauge are now displayed while driving the Fiax.

    70. Implemented numerous performance improvements and optimized RAM usage for a smoother gameplay experience.
    71. ⚙️ Other New Features & Changes
    72. Fresh Off the Line: Updated the achievement requirements. It now unlocks when all installed vehicle parts are in green condition.
    73. Map: Updated the appearance of the map in the logbook.
    74. Minor economy rebalance: Increased the price of the gasoline canister now that the gas station is open. Meanwhile, paying at the water meter now gives you more water for your money (water is cheaper!).
    75. Quality of Life (QoL): Improved several UI elements and implemented numerous smaller technical fixes.

    78. We've been getting tons of questions from you about what's coming next. Our list of ideas is long, but we're working through them one step at a time.
