[Minor Update]Added a scroll bar to the building list, and some bug fixing.

Hi there, the patch contains the following:

 

 

Fixed an issue where off-screen items could not be selected when the building list was too long.

Fixed an issue where One-time Probe Beacon would not be consumed in some cases.

Now, as long as the item has the Weapon and Bomb properties, it will be displayed in the list of transportable items in the core well.
