1. Roboquest - Dead Cells Update is now LIVE!
  2.
  3. Hey Guardians!
  4.
  5. The Dead Cells Update for Roboquest is now live and available on all platforms!
  6.
  7. Alongside the update, the bundle Dead Cells x Roboquest is also available both on the Roboquest and the Dead Cells store page, here on Steam. You can get both games at 10% discount.
  8.
  9. As you might have read in our previous news, we partnered with Motion Twin (the creators of Dead Cells) to make this bundle possible. We are honored to be part of this partnership and we hope you'll enjoy both games as much as we do.
  10.
  11. We're also planning an event where we'll be giving away keys for the game.
  12. View more information at the end of this announcement.
  13.
  14. You can read the highlights of this update further down below or directly watch the highlights video here:
  15.
  16. You can also read the entire patch-notes here.
  17.
  18. If you already read our previous announcement, you already read the highlights below.
  19.
  20.
  21. New Quest: The Collector
  22.
  23. A grim and mysterious friendly face comes to Roboquest, straight from Dead Cells.
  24.
  25. The Collector!
  26.
  27. The Collector is a new NPC that is hidden in one of the levels.
  28.
  29. Finding him is only the easy part, you will also have to bring some kind of offering to him…
  30. Once you'll have pleased the Collector, he will be forever grateful and wait for you at the Basecamp.
  31.
  32. New Feature: Weapon Filters
  33.
  34. Once the Collector quest is completed, you can talk to him at the Basecamp.
  35.
  36. It will bring up the Weapon Filter interface.
  37.
  38. In there, you'll be able to either double the chance of looting a weapon, or deactivate it completely (it will no longer drop from any source).
  39.
  40. Doing so will cost you 1 Weapon Filter and you have a total of 12 Weapon Filters.
  41. You may only do this with weapons you already collected the card of.
  42.
  43. New Weapon: Panchaku
  44.
  45. If you know Dead Cells, you probably heard of the Panchaku.
  46.
  47. Well, it's coming to Roboquest.
  48.
  49. For those who don't know about it, it's basically a nunchaku, but with frying pans instead of wooden sticks.
  50.
  51. New Item: Red Scarf
  52.
  53. To complete the Dead Cells set, we've added a new item straight from the Beheaded fashion bank.
  54.
  55. Alongside those additions, a few other changes have been made. Read the complete patch-notes here.
  56.
  57. In addition, we'll be hosting a special event starting in a few hours where we'll be giving away keys for the game.
  58.
  59. Roboquest Bingo Event
  60. Steam Key Giveaway
  61.
  62. Starting at 5pm GMT+1 and lasting for about 1h30, two teams will face off and try to complete as much objectives as possible on their - carefully crafted, Roboquest-infused - bingo cards.
  63.
  64. The event will be streamed on the Roboquest Store Page and on Twitch and hosted by Jamesaroni and ManofManyOats. They will be welcoming four guests that they carefully selected and who will compose the two teams.
  65.
  66. Whenever one of the team gets a bingo, we will be giving away a certain amount of keys to random viewers.
  67.
  68. James and Oats will be casting the entire event and entertain us with their... relative sense of humor.
  69.
  70. This event is mainly possible thanks to ManofManyOats who already hosted one event of this type and was kind enough to lead the charge on doing another one, specifically for the Dead Cells Update.
  71.

  75. We'll be announcing the start of the event on our X and on our Discord!
  76.
  77. Finally and as usual, we wish you all the best robot-smashing times!
