- Meteors and other mayhem
- As always, these changes are based on your feedback, so keep it coming! The Sky Gun is now locked for a shorter time, as the Deep Dive mission where it gets repaired has been moved earlier, also making it clearer that it is broken and how to fix it. This update also introduces the Meteor Rain mission modifier, bringing fiery destruction from the sky. Plus, mission modifiers can now appear during loop events. You can now filter unachieved achievements for easier tracking, and UI improvements make tooltips, scrolling, and raid loadouts clearer. Lastly, Mech controls have been improved for greater flexibility.
- Added:
- Meteor Rain mission modifier: Meteors will rain down, scorching and smashing everything they hit.
- Mission modifiers are now added during loop events.
- Unachieved achievements can now be filtered in the in-game Achievements viewer.
- Balance:
- Pump liquid pumping radius upgrade levels increased from 4 → 6.
- Deep Dive is easier on Easy and Medium.
- Minimum time between lightning strikes increased from 0.4 → 0.8.
- Lavalisk Hard Kill achievement requirement reduced from 50k → 10k.
- Lavalisk Very Hard Kill achievement requirement reduced from 500k → 50k.
- No Move mission modifier can no longer be active at the same time as Lightning Storm (or Meteor Rain).
- Changes:
- It is now clearer why an item is locked. Especially when the Sky Gun is broken.
- A moderate number of dialogue lines have been polished or updated.
- Anchor scrolling is now prettier.
- Sky Gun is now broken for a shorter time, as the mission Deep Dive is moved earlier. (Switched place with Crystal Canyon)
- Completed Raids now display how much time remains until they are available again.
- Raid loadout visuals are now larger and easier to read when picking a new reward.
- Mission tooltips now display a colored challenge level to indicate difficulty (based on previous played missions).
- Mech no longer moves when dragging tools.
- Mech can now be moved with Camera Drag Input (Default: Middle Mouse Button). It will behave accordingly when using Anchor Scrolling.
- Profile names are now checked even more strictly for OS safety.
- Fixes:
- Rayn Stealth material is now prettier and works correctly with selection.
- Stacks in the Loadout Screen now display correctly when the last equipped one is already in use after a new one is built.
- Dialogues Quips (not story lines) will be cut out less due to speed up.
