  4.
  5. Getting a free Winter content update!
  6.
  7. If you’re wondering what our cryptic intro was all about, we’ve added a new feature called the Infinite Locker and a new weapon called the Nexus in this update. On top of that, we now have some shiny new Trading Cards to share with all of you and lots of bug fixes too.

  11. Before we get into the new in-game additions, let’s talk about Trading Cards!
  12.
  13. ROBOBEAT now has 6 Badges, 5 Trading Cards, 5 Emoticons, 4 Profile Backgrounds, and 3 Animated Backgrounds for you to unlock.
  14.
  15. Here’s a sneak peek at what some of our new community items look like 👇
  16.
  17. Enough of looking at pretty things, it’s time for the action!
  18.
  19. Here’s a run down of how our new feature and weapon will work.
  20.
  21.
  22. The Infinite Locker
  23.
  24. Are you sick and tired of always losing your favorite stuff?
  25.
  26. That’s where the Infinite Locker comes in!
  27.
  28. Once unlocked, the Infinite Locker will allow you to save one weapon and one ability in lockers that are located at specific points throughout the game. You’ll also always be able to find them in the HUB at the start of any run, where they’ll be stored in a separate side box. This means you’ll have access to your preferred weapon and ability throughout any run.
  29.
  30. You’ll need to find the blueprint for the Infinite Locker and unlock it at the workshop first though!
  31.
  32.
  33. The Nexus
  34.
  35. Want to charge up your attack strategy?
  36.
  37. Then we’ve got the weapon for you.
  38.
  39. The Nexus is a new ranged weapon where you’ll need to use the Charge first, which will throw out sticky beacons in the direction you’re facing. Once THE BEACONS ARE LIT (and Robodor calls for aid), any time you shoot, your shots will split out and target all of those beacon locations. It makes for a great crowd control technique, where you can attach a bunch of beacons to different enemies and then shoot them all simultaneously.
  40.
  41. The beacons will run out after a certain number of shots though, so keep a close eye on which ones are still active!
  42.
  43.
  44. Alongside the new feature and new weapon, we’ve also included the following bug fixes in this update:
