    9. You can now give your city a name in City Settings.
    10. City name (if applied) now appears in the Load City screen.
    11. An .xml is now present for each new city save, in preparation for mod support.
    12. There are now two Steam News slots in the menu so that weekly challenges are visible alongside patch notes and other announcements.
