    8. Commune (Glebsig Ultimate): Changed the price of this Edict to 15 Support + 8 Unity (from 30 Support) to reduce how often it can be played.
    9. Nationalistic Zeal (Social IV): Increased the bonus to -75% Support penalty for hostile culture (was -50%).

    13. Fixed the Galactic Sovereign (Social VI) and Ascendance (Social VIII) techs not applying their bonus when traded.
    14. Fixed Lodon from appearing in a system with a Proliferator Remote Hive.
