1. Update v1.12:
  2. UPDATED - Ground loot drops - reduced SHIELD drops, increased WEAPON drops.
  3. UPDATED - Space skill experience. Weaponry, Piloting, Electronics and Targeting now gain bonuses from INT applied to crew in ship stations. Increased the base EXP gain overall for space skills.
  4. UPDATED - The default FPS and VSYNC state for a newly downloaded game that has never been launched before is now set to 60 FPS/VSYNC off. The ideal settings for stability across various PC's is 60 FPS with VSYNC disabled. VSYNC in the NVidia or AMD control panel should be set to application controlled which is the default driver state.
  5. UPDATED - Increased the drop rate of schematics.
  6. FIXED - When changing female body types in the "Edit Crew" UI, female body models were changed to male - oops! If this is the case in your current save, edit the crew member by clicking the portrait in your inventory and change their body type. Save the game and reload the save. The correct model should be displayed.
  7. FIXED - When sneaking up on an enemy that does not see you, entering combat manually, and killing the enemy with a single shot, the game would lock up.
  8. FIXED - In some rare cases, after eliminating the last enemy in the combat session, the game could lockup.
  9. FIXED - The Speak with Forley Coresh mission will not auto complete in older saves if the mission is active.
  10. FIXED - The saved VSYNC state in the video options menu is now displayed correctly when options are loaded.

  12. Update v1.07:
  13. VSYNC is now OFF by default. A new VSYNC option can be found in the video options panel. I recommend not turning this on unless you are experiencing area loading lockups.

  16. FIXED - End game achievements Answers from the Void and achievements for end game options were not being triggered. If you already completed the end game missions, just load that save and wait a little while and the achievements should trigger.
  17. FIXED - A bug that was not triggering dialog with Dr. Jensen the first time you entered Achmedius Trade.

  24. ADDED - You can now change crew hair, hair color and body type to approximate custom and default portraits. There are two ways to do this.

  28. 1) Select a crew member and left-click the portrait in the upper right of the screen. The customization window will be displayed.

  30. 2) Toggle through the hair styles, hair colors and body types and then apply.

  32. 3) Exit the inventory and hair and hair color options are applied.

  40. A few things about this:

  42. -Changing the body type to match your crew member can only be done from inventory and requires either a save and reload of that save, or transitioning between ground areas to see the changes.

  44. -Kchor have 3 body types that change their hair style. They do not have options to change hair style or color.

  46. -Fabricants do not have hair, or skin for that matter. You can change the color of their bio-suit.

  48. -Added a label to portrait selection letting player know that a portrait is being loaded from the PlayerPortraits folder.

  51. UPDATED - F7 and F8 are no longer mappable as custom keys. Key mapping has been reset to default and you will need to update your bindings after this patch.

  97. FIXED - You can retrieve drones in other systems from the UNIVERSE MAP log screen [L].
  98. FIXED - Added limits for quicksaves. No quicksaves while dialog is being processed, no quicksaves while crew members are moving, no quicksaves while combat is initializing, no quicksaves while interacting. Your crew must be idle (not moving) in order to quicksave going forward. This avoids a conflict where a quicksave can be triggered at inappropriate times. That should cover the edge cases, however, if you see problems again with quicksaves, let me know and provide instructions for reproducing the error.
  99. FIXED - Spamming various keys/control buttons like crouch/stand, enter/leave combat etc. could lockup the game or put it in a state where the next time you enter combat, the game would lock up.
  100. FIXED - In some cases (rarely) critical dialog triggers were ignored when moving over them causing blocked mission progression. I had to re-export a number of game assets after a fix for this, so, this is a fairly large update as far as download size. If you are on the Dauntless and you are in a state where you have no mission in the following cases, here is what to do:
  101. No mission after retrieving the keycard from teh Captains quarters. Go to the crew deck via the elevator and head toward the Captains quarters. Dialog will trigger.
  102. No mission after clearing the VATS. Head to the VATS via the elevator. Walk towards the vats and dialog will trigger.
