[Patch Note: Build0309] Implementation of new language and new features

 

-Added the Traditional Chinese option in the language menu.

-Added Illustration Gallery.

-Added Rumble Feature for controller setting.

-Added option to turn off Very Hard tutorial overlay.

-Fixed bug relating to acquisition of story mode fragments.

-Adjusted the strength of some weapons and ship bodies.

-Fixed a bug causing abnormal display of options in the option menu. (Name registration, Crosshair, ship shadow etc.)

-Fixed other various bugs, and made other minor balance adjustments.
