    70.   | moeglich auch nicht-englischsprachige Releases unter diesem           |
    71.   | Regelwerk zu Veroeffentlichen.                                        |

    73.   | 2: Das Regelwerk "High Definition x264 and Ultra High Definition      |
    74.   | x265 Standards" behandelt leider nicht den .DL. Tag, daher wird       |
    75.   | dieser in Zukunft bei unseren Releasen entfallen. Das heisst aber     |
    76.   | nicht, dass wir auf den O-Ton (falls vorhanden) verzichten werden.    |
    77.   | Dieser wird, wie immer, von uns beigefuegt. Dies ist auch in          |
    78.   | Teilen mit dem Englischsprachigen Regelwerk vereinbar unter Punkt     |
    79.   | 8.7.                                                                  |

    81.   | 3: Wir wollen der deutschen Szene dadurch qualitativ bessere          |
    82.   | Veroeffentlichungen bieten, als es zu diesem Zeitpunkt durch das      |
    83.   | 2011er Regelwerk der Fall ist ظ€ô Wer unsere Veroeffentlichungen        |
    84.   | Propern will, sollte zweimal nachdenken. Zum einen halten wir uns     |
    85.   | weiterhin an ein offizielles Regelwerk, welches deutsche              |
    86.   | Veroeffentlichungen zulaesst, des weiteren waeren Proper aufgrund     |
    87.   | des 2011er Regelwerks technisch Minderwertig (wobei das einige ja     |
    88.   | nicht stoert).                                                        |

    90.   | Dies soll auch ein Aufruf an all die Gruppen sein, die gerne nach     |
    91.   | besseren Standards encodieren wollen, als es momentan der Stand       |
    92.   | ist.                                                                  |

    95.   | Unfortuantely it wasn't possible to agree on a own german retail      |
    96.   | ruleset past the last two years.                                      |

    98.   | The approaches have been cockblocked over and over again by the       |

    101.   | Because of this we'll now apply the international/english-spoken      |
    102.   | rules even to our german releases. Some points regarding this:        |

    104.   | 1. By rule 18.5.7 and 18.5.7.1 it's possible to release foreign by    |
    105.   | this ruleset                                                          |
    106.   |                                                                       |
    107.   | 2. The current "High Definition x264 and Ultra High Definition        |
    108.   | x265 Standards" doesn't cover the .DL. tag. so we won't tag it        |
    109.   | anymore. nevertheless we will add the original audio (if              |
    110.   | available) to our releases. that approach can be partly fullified     |
    111.   | by rule 8.7.                                                          |

    113.   | 3. We try to serve the german scene with higher quality releases      |
    114.   | than it's currently possible with the 2011 ruleset. who wants to      |
    115.   | proper our releases should think twice. on the one side we still      |
    116.   | apply an official ruleset which allows german releases and on the     |
    117.   | other side the 2011 ruleset releases would be technically inferior    |
    118.   | (what doesn't bother some ppl out there).                             |

    120.   | This is also a call to all (german) groups which like to encode by    |
    121.   | better than the current standards.                                    |
