Powerful Staff, Hidden Blade, Healing Helm, Shielding Hood, Shell Ring, Demon's Ring and Mystical Spear had a Surge Slowdown of 5 (rares) or 10 (epics and legendaries) which was not written in the description. This Surge Slowdown has been removed which means that all these items received a buff and that Surge overall got buffed. I will keep a close eye on these items and Surge for the next balance update.
